SUCCESS WORTH SHARING: ALTA Bank Opens Its First Branch in Užice, Supporting the Local Community
Užice, a city with a rich economic tradition and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, has a new financial partner as of today. ALTA Bank has opened its first branch in the city on the Đetinja River, continuing the strategic expansion of its business network and strengthening its presence in Serbia’s key regional centers. In doing so, the bank further confirms its commitment to making modern financial services accessible to citizens and businesses across the country, backed by a high level of professional support, efficiency, and dedication to clients.
At ALTA Bank, they believe that entering every new community is an opportunity to offer not only financial services but also concrete support to the local community. Guided by this idea, ALTA Bank employees visited the Day Care Center for Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities in Užice and presented a donation as part of the corporate social responsibility initiative “For the City We Love.” The center received a massage chair, chairs, lazy bag seats, and other pieces of furniture that will help create a more pleasant, comfortable, and functional space for the users’ daily activities.

The visit was also an opportunity for ALTA Bank employees to learn about the center’s work and meet the people who, with great dedication and care, support children and young people with developmental disabilities every day. Conversations with the center’s users and staff once again confirmed how much even seemingly small gestures and concrete help can mean to those they are intended for.
