Special accounts

ESCROW account
The bank offers clients the service of opening ESCROW accounts, which can be in local or foreign currency, for the purpose of a specific transaction. When opening an ESCROW account, the bank acts as an intermediary, guaranteeing the fulfillment of contractual obligations. This type of account is closed once all obligations under the contract have been met.
Founder's Contribution Account
For the purpose of establishing a company in Serbia, ALTA Bank enables non-residents to open a dedicated account for the payment of founding capital, either in foreign cash — with a confirmation from the competent customs office on the declaration of funds upon entry into Serbia — or in dinars purchased abroad.
Securities account
