Information Before Submitting an Application
Minimum Requirements for Applying: Any adult Serbian citizen under years old, employed with a minimum salary of RSD 20.000,00
Proof of the stated income can be provided in the form of the last three bank statements from the bank where your salary is deposited or as an employment certificate stamped by your employer, which you can download from the Bank’s website. For loan amounts over RSD 300,000, the client must also provide an Administrative Prohibition.
To process the loan your identity will be verified using a valid personal ID. If you do not have an ID card with an embedded chip as proof of residence, you must also present a document containing your address information (passport).
Since you have chosen to process your digital loan and will not be visiting the bank during the process, your identity will be verified via a video call with our agents. We recommend using a mobile phone for the video call due to easier handling and better camera quality.
To maintain good communication throughout the loan process and for future collaboration, you must have an active mobile number in a local network and a registered email address. Your phone number will be used for electronically signing documents at the end of the process.
At the end of the process, the Bank will open a dinar account for you, if you do not already have one, transfer the approved loan amount to that account, and activate digital channels so you can use the funds as soon as possible.
