Responsibilities:

- Managing the daily operational work of the customer center, allocating resources, and organizing shifts.
- Organizing the provision of quality information and support to clients in using the Bank’s products and services through all channels.
- Participating in creating strategies for improving the operations of the customer center.
- Organizing and coordinating team work and participating in sales campaigns.
- Assessing, analyzing, and potentially resolving or forwarding client complaints and inquiries to the appropriate organizational units of the Bank.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- VI/VII level of education, with a focus on economics, social sciences, or technical fields.
- 3 years of work experience in the same or similar roles.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Candidates with project experience will be given priority.
