Responsibilities:

- Analyze and prepare opinions on credit risk for individual placements, aiming to achieve goals with an optimal balance between risk exposure and results
- Prepare opinions on exposure to banks, to maintain an optimal balance between risk exposure and results
- Classify micro and agro clients
- Participate in preparing opinions that assess credit risk exposure during the introduction of new or modification of existing products
- Participate in managing placements identified as having increased levels of credit risk
- Participate in activities related to the revision of the appraiser list
- Continuously monitor the department’s performance and propose new procedures, decisions, and internal acts to improve operations

Required Qualifications:

- VI/VII level of higher education in economics
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit risk management

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in computer use (MS Office)
- Good knowledge of NBS regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and the ability to work independently
