GUARANTEES
Guarantee is a security instrument by which the Bank guarantees that the guarantor will fulfill all obligations to the beneficiary stated in the guarantee within the agreed time. If the contractual obligations are not fulfilled, the Bank, upon the first demand of the beneficiary, undertakes the obligation to pay the defined amount stated in the guarantee.
