  • by mail to the address: ALTA Bank a.d. Belgrade, Bulevar Zorana Đinđića 121, 11070 Novi Beograd (with the indication that it is a complaint);
  • by personal delivery to one of the nearest Bank branches
  • through an electronic or mobile banking application

The complaint should contain data that unquestionably identifies you (e.g., name, address, name of the legal entity, ID number, etc.) and your relationship with the Bank (e.g., loan account number, account number, last 4 digits of the payment card, etc.), as well as the reasons for submitting the complaint.
