As the successor of the 45-year JUBMES bank’s tradition, we continue to build the future of the financial world through a joint effort with a network of branches and ATMs throughout Serbia, the application of new technologies and the collective expertise of the Alta team, we improve the everyday life of our clients, and at the same time contribute to the development of the local economy.
The total share capital of ALTA banka a.d. Beograd consists of 417,042 shares (ordinary). All shares are owned by a legal entity, shareholder ALTA PAY GROUP doo. Data on shares are kept in the records of the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

Social Responsibility
We are the founders and donors of the Humanitarian Foundation “Za dečje srce” at the Institute for Maternal and Child Health Care of Serbia “Dr. Vukan Čupić”, which finances projects for the procurement of medical equipment and devices for the treatment and rehabilitation of the youngest patients suffering from congenital heart defects. We also regularly support the activities of various sports organizations and individual athletes who represent our sport and country in the best light.
As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, we joined the most significant voluntary international initiative for corporate social responsibility in 2008.
