Appointed to the position of the chairman of the Executive Board of ALTA banka a.d. Beograd in May 2021.
She came to this position from the position of deputy president of the Executive Board and member of the
Executive Board responsible for risk management at Komercijalna banka a.d. Beograd. A position she held for 14
years. She has built a successful career, since 2007, in various positions in risk management, from analyst,
department director and division director, to executive director for risk management, performing the effective
management of risk that may arise during a bank's operations and at the level of the banking group.
In addition to being a member of the Executive Board, she was a member as well as the president of the
Supervisory Board of Komercijalna banka a.d. Banja Luka, as well as a member of the Audit Board at
Komercijalna banka a.d. Podgorica.
She is also a member of the Risk Committee of the Association of Serbian Banks.
She is a doctor of economic sciences. The field of her scientific work is credit risk management.
Milan Vićentić
member of the Executive Board
He has joined Alta Banka from Eurobanka where he served as the Executive Board Member in charge
of the Corporate Banking Division and leasing activities.Under his previous capacity, he held
executive and managerial positions in Societe Generale Bank Serbia and HVB/Unicredit bank.
With 23 years of experience in the banking industry, he brings extensive expertise in due diligence,
legal and operational mergers. Mr. Vićentić has been part of due diligence teams for various
transactions in the Serbian market over the past 20 years, with the latest one successfully completed
in July 2023.
Nikola Krdžić
member of the Executive Board
He came to ALTA Bank a.d. Beograd in 2019, when he was appointed as a member of the Executive Board
responsible for operational affairs. Before that, since March 2012, he was employed at Komercijalna banka a.d.
Beograd, where he has held managerial positions and was, from June 2013, first regional coordinator for micro
business, and then as of December 2016, the director of sales to retail.
The beginning of Nikola Krdžić's professional banking career was at KBC Bank and Hypo Alpe Adria Bank, in the
business segment working with small and medium-sized enterprises.
He has a degree in economics, with a major in finance, banking and insurance.
Tanja Knežević
member of the Executive Board
Performs the function of a member of the Executive Board responsible for retail affairs. She came to ALTA bank
from the position of general director of the payment institution EKI Transfers, which she held for 4 years. She
started her banking career in 2001 at Komercijalna banka, where she spent 9 years, of which 6 years were spent
in managerial positions in the Domestic Payments Division, the Alternative Sales Channels Division and the
Retail Division. She worked at Banka Intesa from 2010 to 2015, working along the organizational line Retail
Business - Division for Retail and Small Business. In 2015, she moved to NLB Bank, and soon, in 2016, to
Vojvođanska Banka, where she held the position of director of the Directorate for Retail Product Development.
She was a long-term member of the Retail Committee at the Association of Serbian Banks.
She received her master of economic sciences from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.
Tatjana Kuljak

She joined the ALTA bank team in 2021, when she was appointed by the Board of Directors to the position of
member of the Executive Board responsible for risk management, risk control, accounting, and reporting.
She started her banking career at Erste Bank, from which she moved to Piraeus Bank, and then, in 2009, to
Komercijala Banka, where she developed professionally, for more than 12 years, through various risk
management positions. In February 2019, she was appointed director of the Risk Management Division, and
during her two years in this position she was responsible for organizing and ensuring the adequacy and
improvement of the credit analysis system at the bank level and the collateral management process.
In Komercijalna banka, she was a member of the Credit Committee and a member of the Audit Committee of
Komercijalna banka a.d. Budva.
She has a degree in economics and is a specialist in the legal aspects of corporate management
Sanja Tanasijević-Krstić

In June 2024, the Board of Directors of ALTA Bank a.d. Belgrade appointed her to the position of Executive Board Member for Transformation and Operational Business.
She joins ALTA Bank from the position of Executive Board Member at Eurobank Direktna, where she spent the previous 7 years as Director of the Directorate for Operational Business and Organization. She managed the merger project of Eurobank
and Direktna Bank within her jurisdiction and was the initiator and sponsor of significant initiatives in the field of efficiency improvement and corporate governance.
Previously, she spent 14 years at UniCredit Bank, where, as Head of the Banking Operations Support Sector, she was responsible for the successful implementation of numerous strategic projects and the development and implementation of complex IT solutions.
Her international career began in 2015 when she joined UniCredit Group in Vienna, enriching her experience by working in a multinational financial institution in the field of internal audit.
She graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Belgrade, majoring in Computer Science and Informatics.
