Responsibilities:

- Identifying client needs, market opportunities, and business prospects, and proposing campaigns and various activities.
- Initiating, coordinating, and executing sales and relational campaigns for existing and new clients in collaboration with other teams.
- Providing support to campaign executors in preparing communication channels, sales guides, and conducting training related to campaigns.
- Supporting management by providing reports on campaign performance, cost analysis, budgeting, sales plans, etc.
- Proposing criteria for user selection and segmentation in line with campaign goals, adjusting, and configuring the CRM system.
- Participating in data analysis within databases
- Preparing IT requests for operational data extraction.
- Creating procedures, work instructions, and guidelines for the use of the CRM system and business processes within the department.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- VI/VII level of education, with an economic or social sciences focus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present products and services to clients.
- 3 years of work experience in the same or similar roles.
- Experience in sales within the retail segment.
- Knowledge of CRM models and applications.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
