Responsibilities:

    • Preparing sales strategies and service models for Affluent clients for the Bank;
    • Defining the sales approach, product offerings, digital services, and service models for Affluent clients;
    • Setting goals for branches related to Affluent clients and clients of special importance;
    • Analyzing the market, proposing improvements in sales channels and products for Affluent clients;
    • Providing expert and functional support to employees in branches who work with Affluent clients;
    • Ensuring expert support in training employees for servicing Affluent clients in collaboration with relevant organizational units;
    • Monitoring the implementation of legal regulations and internal Bank policies, participating in the creation and modification of relevant policies;
    • Organizing tasks in the SPN and FT areas, managing documentation and its archiving.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

      • VI/VII level of professional education, with an economic or social sciences focus;
      • 3 years of work experience in the same or similar positions;
      • Experience in sales within the Affluent segment of retail banking;
      • Strong communication abilities and skills, with a client-oriented approach;
      • Knowledge of English (B2 level);
      • Proficiency in computer use (MS Office).
